Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans l'appartement de mme Rita. Bahcine qui s'occupe de l'arrivée et du départ et plus que disponible et de bon conseil.
L'appartement été au final mieux que sur les photos. La terrasse splendide et l'environnement très calme et respectable. Expérience a renouveler!!!
L'équipement et plus que complet, vraiment un grand merci nous avons passé un bon moment en famille.

A lovely little apartment in a great location, about 5 minutes walk from Majorelle Gardens. Rita was a great host and Bahcine, the apartment manager, was very helpful and gave us some great tips. I would recommend this apartment but if you do, I would also recommend that you take the open top tour bus to get your bearings. The souk is in walking distance but it's a fairly long walk but taxis are very cheap but you must negotiate your price beforehand. We paid around 20 dihram but the price did fluctuate. The roof terrace is lovely and we had breakfast on the balcony every day. The great thing too is that there is a supermarket that is in the basement of the building so it makes it very easy to get food for breakfast first thing in the morning. Thank you Rita and thank you Bahcine for a lovely time.

We arrived in Morocco and received a warm welcome from Bachine, who was very helpful to us while staying at the appartment.
The appartment was lovely and equipped with everything you could want. The rooftop terrace was beautiful (and very hot!). And you could cool down in the pool which was fab. The supermarket downstairs was very handy also.
Its situated across from the very beauiful jardin Majorelle which is definately worth a look.
Overall I would recommend this appartment for quietness, relaxation and quite handy to get to central parts of the city either by foot or taxi.

Everything was great in the apartment and the roof terrace was fun.
However, please note that the pool is not of a good condition with lots of broken tiles and quite hazardous and we did not use it at all, only small boys were using the pool, no girls and no adults. It was not clear if bikinis would be acceptable.
Bahcine and the taxi driver were excellent. Very helpful, very responsive and very reliable. We had a fun time in Marrakech.

The appartment is VERY pleasant, well layed out and nicely appointed. We felt home very quickly. Pictures are true! Spacious living room and two well appointed bedrooms (with comfy beds), extended by a balcony with two tables, 4 chairs and linnen curtains that you can open or close for your privacy or to protect from the sun in the summer. From that balcony, a staircase leads up to the private rooftop terrace which is just amazing and so pleasant. The kitchen has a separate little bacony with a washing machine and is fully equipped. Excellent WIFI!
The appartement is very bright since it is facing south but the real asset of this place is the fact that the appartment is EXTREMELY quiet although it is located on one of Marrakech's busiest crossroads. You just don't hear antything (even when all the windows are open) and you hardly hear something on the rooftop terrace (not even worth mentioning). This is because the building is in a U-shape and the appartment is on the inner side of the building, on the 5th floor.
The other major asset is the supermarket downstairs, what a comfort!!! It's open from 8.30 till 22h and they have everything from fresh fish, fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh meat, fresh cheese, lots of local and imported products as well as a large selection of wines, beers and spirits. Just their bread is awful but there's an excellent local bakery just 10 min walk past the Shell station. Worth the walk for an excellent crispy baguette!
Fatima cooks (on request) EXCELLENT food, MUCH better than some expensive gastronomic restaurants we went to.
Perfect location in the modern town. Less than 10 min walk to the Medina (old town) at Bab Doukkala. This is an intreresting part of the Medina with almost no tourists but where the real life is.
10 minutes walk in the other direction, you'll reach Marrakech's main avenue Mohamed V where you'll find lots of shops, side walk cafés and some of Marrakech's best restaurants.
And last but not least, the appartment is very well looked after by Bahcine, the manager. He's not only extremely friendly but also very efficient and discreet. A very nice person, always willing to help and to make you feel comfortable.
I do recommend this appartment if you look for a nice, comfortable place with total privacy in an excellent location. By the way, the view over the Majorelle gardens while waiting for the elevator, is just great! Congratulations to Rita and thanks so much Bahcine for being so nice! Jean-Louis.

I would definately stay again. I highly recommend the apartment, fantastic facilities and the roof terrace was a highlight. For size, mod cons, supermarket downstairs and walking distance to the Gueliz, you cant beat it for price. Also included a shared complex swimming pool, which I used in the mornings.
